+ What is your cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel without a penalty up to 24 hours in advance of the reservation arrival date. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your upcoming or making a future reservation.

Our hotel was built with the spirit of hospitality in mind and it is in that spirit that we show care and concern at every level. We are in the business of serving people and I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety both now and in the future.
While there have been no cases reported at Royal Palm South Beach, in an abundance of caution, The Royal Palm South Beach leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.
I know I speak for every member of our Royal Palm family when I say that we take the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers, personally and professionally.
